Crock Pot Spinach and Artichoke Dip
After trying several of these type of dips in some of my favorite local restaurants, I decided that I wanted this at home too (ESPECIALLY since so many restaurants were closed last year). Uncomplicated and it can be put together in a matter of minutes. Delicious and is always a hit!
Ingredients
- 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic clove minced
- 1 10 ounce bag frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1-2 13 ounce can quartered artichoke hearts, rinsed drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 3/4 cup monterey jack cheese shredded
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese and half and half in a bowl until well blended.
- Add all ingredients except monterey Jack and stir well.
- Pour mixture into crock pot, cook on medium high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until warmed through.
- Sprinkle with monterey jack and enjoy with Tortilla Chips or Crackers
